this width of light

‘this width of light’ is a networked installation made with a LoRa radio communications network, piano strings, a scaffold, crochet borsettas and code among other things. Its imagined at the same time as an installation, a playable instrument, an antenna, a node within a labyrinth and a machine for the translation of vibrations. It is developed by Kaushal Sapre and Diego Gelosi and was commissioned for the exhibition ‘India: of Glimmers and Getaways’ curated by Ferran Barrenblit and Raqs Media Collective at PAC, Milan.
