Work Out is a video essay developed with Anna Froelicher, Nisha Vaghani, Monica Martinez, Sibdas Sengupta and Sherry Fung. An outdoor public gym is turned into a scene where awkward physical exercises on gym equipment unsettle municipal ideas around health and wellness in a city park.

Workout was supported by InOctober School 2018, organized by Shiv Nadar University, Delhi and Zurich University for the Arts, Switzerland.
